Paper circulars rarely reach parents, and WhatsApp groups mix important notices with forwards. You cannot tell who actually read the fee reminder or the change in school timings. Holiday lists are shared as images that are hard to find later. Staff notices end up in the same channels as parent messages.

In VegaEdu you write a notice once and choose the audience: all parents, a specific class or section, teachers, drivers, hostel students or any role. Recipients get a real-time notification in the app, and acknowledgements show who has seen it. Holidays are published from the same place, so the calendar stays consistent across attendance and leave. Teachers can post to their own class, the transport manager can reach parents on a particular route, and the hostel warden can post only to hostel students.
