Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the VegaEdu website, web portal and mobile app, operated by Ryo Forge Private Limited. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Trial and subscriptions

New institutions get a free 14-day trial. After the trial, subscriptions are billed per institution based on the plan you choose. Plan changes and renewals are made from your account. Fees paid for a billing cycle are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you submit, including any consent needed from parents, students and staff.

Payments

Online fee collection runs through Razorpay under your institution's own payment gateway account, subject to Razorpay's terms. We help you activate it but are not a party to payments between parents and your institution.

Service and support

We provide the platform with reasonable commercial efforts to keep it available and secure, and support through email, phone and WhatsApp during business hours.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
