Each institution's data is kept separate. Users of one institution can never see another's records.
Role-based access control
13 roles, each limited to what it needs. Parents see only their children; drivers see only their route; management is read-only.
Audit log
Important actions on fees, attendance, admissions, certificates and settings are recorded with who did it and when.
Locked records
Attendance locks once saved, and results are visible to parents and students only after they are published.
Children's data handled with care
Student data is used only to run the institution's account. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Payments through Razorpay
Online fee payments are processed by Razorpay into your institution's own account. VegaEdu never stores card details.

How you go live
- Create your account and portal address
- Import students and staff from Excel or CSV
- Invite staff, teachers and parents to the app
- Collect fees at the counter by UPI QR, cash or card
- Switch on online fee payments (our team sets up Razorpay with you)
