VegaEdu is a product of Ryo Forge Private Limited, Bengaluru. We started it after watching schools, colleges and academies drown in spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and decade-old desktop software.

/ THE STORY
Why VegaEdu Exists
In 2023, one of our founders spent six months consulting with schools across Karnataka. What struck us wasn't the lack of technology-it was the complete mismatch between what schools needed and what software vendors were selling.
Schools were being sold "enterprise-grade" systems designed for corporations. Dense interfaces. Bloated features. Pricing models that made no sense for educational institutions.
Meanwhile, principals were manually copying student data between five different spreadsheets. Teachers were spending weekends generating report cards in Microsoft Word. Parents were calling the office daily to check if fees were received.
We realized educators didn't need "enterprise software." They needed an operational engine built for how schools, colleges and academies actually work: fast, on the phone as well as the desktop, and something you can start using without a sales call.
VegaEdu launched in 2024. We're a small team, and every institution can reach us directly for payment setup, migration and support.

How you go live
- Create your account and portal address
- Import students and staff from Excel or CSV
- Invite staff, teachers and parents to the app
- Collect fees at the counter by UPI QR, cash or card
- Switch on online fee payments (our team sets up Razorpay with you)
- Get help with migration whenever you need it
